We offer our inimitable pralines, creamy spreads, spiced chocolates and a collection of single-origin bean-to-bar chocolates that we take care of every stage of processing, from cocoa bean to bar, with genuine artisanal passion but also classics such as pandolce and panettone, according to recipes handed down through the family.

This year’s new products include the 36-hour leavened pandoro (only available for purchase at the Bottega) and the panettone with chocolate dough with dark chocolate chips.
